We always hope you like what you order, but if for any reason you don't, we'll gladly accept unused or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Unless you are processing an exchange, $150.00 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of Mexico are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. All items on sale are "Final Sale" and are non-returnable. This means that sale items are specific items that are not eligible for return or exchange.

Your refund will go back to the original payment method used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of items for your account to be refunded.
